So i told the kids at work last night, i then had 5 hours of :
"WHY ARE YOU GOING"
"DON'T GO"
"CAN WE MAKE YOU STAY"
"I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU"
"WHY ARE YOU LEAVING ME"
"CAN'T YOU STAY UNTIL I LEAVE HERE"

I felt like shit ...ok most of them have attachment disorders, i had to explain that i wasn't leaving because of them, that i wasn't leaving them personally that i was leaving the job. That the time was right for me blah blah i had them hanging off me hugging me.
I really do care for them and i do have to detach because it is so hard to leave them, but there will always be kids i love, and the company will still shit on me and make me miserable. I do need to leave, i just wish i could know that they will be ok.
3 shifts left a double on sunday then 2 shifts next week.
It will be very sad for me.
